Shipping & Return Policy

That’s why we offer a flexible exchange policy to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you’re not completely happy with your item, you have the option to exchange it within 14 days of the original purchase date for store credit, provided that it meets the following conditions:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
• All original tags must still be attached to the item.
• You must present the original receipt as proof of purchase.

Once we’ve verified that the item meets these conditions, you’ll receive store credit for the amount of your purchase, which can be used at any time in the future. Please note that we do not offer direct refunds, and exchanges will be issued only in the form of store credit.

Additionally, please be aware that sale items are considered final and are not eligible for exchange, return, or store credit. We encourage you to carefully review these items before making your purchase, as we cannot make exceptions for discounted products.
